# BRUTECORE - Gaming Server Monitor

A modern, responsive gaming server monitoring dashboard built with PHP and Bootstrap 5.

## Requirements

- PHP 7.4 or higher
- MySQL 5.7 or higher / MariaDB 10.3+
- cURL extension enabled
- PDO extension enabled

## Installation

1. **Upload Files**

- Upload all files to your web server

2. **Create Database**

- Create a new MySQL database
- Import the SQL file from `SQL/brutecore.sql`

3. **Configure Database**
- Open `protected/database.php`
- Update the database credentials:

$username = 'your_username';
$password = 'your_password';
```

4. **Access the Application**
- Frontend: `https://yourdomain.com/`
- Admin Panel: `https://yourdomain.com/admin/`

## Admin Panel

### Default Access

- URL: `/admin/login.php`
- Configure admin credentials in the database

### Features

- Add new servers with IP address and game type
- Edit existing server information
- Delete servers from monitoring
- View real-time server statistics
- See online/offline status at a glance

## Customization

### Changing Branding

- Replace logo in `assets/images/`
- Update meta tags in `index.php`
- Modify CSS variables in `assets/css/brutecoreMain.css`

### Adding New Game Types

1. Add the game type to `getDefaultPort()` function
2. Add display name to `getGameDisplayName()` function
3. Add connect URL format to `buildConnectUrl()` function
4. Update dropdown options in admin forms

## Security Recommendations

1. Change default admin credentials immediately
2. Use HTTPS for all connections
3. Keep PHP and dependencies updated
4. Restrict access to `protected/` directory
5. Use strong database passwords

## Troubleshooting

**Servers showing as OFFLINE:**

- Check if the server IP and port are correct
- Verify the game type matches the server
- Ensure the API endpoint is accessible
- Check cURL is enabled in PHP

**Database Connection Errors:**

- Verify database credentials in `protected/database.php`
- Ensure the database server is running
- Check if the database and tables exist

**Slow Loading:**

- API timeouts are set to 10 seconds per server
- Consider caching server data for better performance
- Reduce the number of servers if needed
