CS2 admin_groups.json Generator

What each permission does

The permission flags built into CounterStrikeSharp. Plugins may add their own - put those in the plugin permissions box, one per line.

@css/root

Full access - every permission, including any added by plugins.

@css/generic

Basic admin - needed for most admin commands and menus.

@css/reservation

Reserved slot - can join when the server is full.

@css/vip

VIP status, used by VIP plugins.

@css/kick

Kick players.

@css/ban

Ban players.

@css/unban

Remove bans.

@css/slay

Slay and harm players.

@css/changemap

Change the map.

@css/chat

Special chat commands, such as admin say.

@css/vote

Start votes.

@css/cvar

Change most server cvars.

@css/config

Run config files.

@css/password

Set the server password.

@css/rcon

Run console commands through rcon.

@css/cheats

Change sv_cheats and use cheat commands.

How to use it

1. 1

   Create your groups, or import your current admin_groups.json and edit it. A # is added to names that miss it.

   Download admin_groups.json and upload it to game/csgo/addons/counterstrikesharp/configs/ on your server (keep a copy of the old one).

   In admins.json, put each admin in a group by its name, for example "groups": ["#css/admin"]. Our admins.json generator does this for you.

   Restart the server so CounterStrikeSharp loads the groups. An admin gets the group's permissions plus any of their own.
